At City Lights SF, we want your home to shine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible home goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original packaging with all included hardware and manuals to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
